Booking Form

A booking form must be completed for all bookings. It must be signed, dated and submitted to McCrae Training Ltd. At sales@mccraetraining.co.uk - Ensure invoice details are completed in full on booking form.

Prices

Prices are based on McCrae Training Ltd.’s current pricing policy, but McCrae Training Ltd reserves the right to amend its quoted prices at any time prior to the commencement of any contract.

Cancellations

McCrae Training Ltd. will provide the Customer with a refund if McCrae Training Ltd. receives written notice of cancellation for a course, and it is received by McCrae Training Ltd. 16 to 28 working days prior to the course commencement date and in accordance with our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to deduct from any refund a reasonable administration charge of up to 3.5% of the total invoice value. All Vocational Qualification Programmes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a named substitute.                                 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Modern Apprenticeship Programme Cancellation Terms

McCrae Training Ltd will charge the Customer a cancellation fee of £250 for each candidate per day cancelled, where notice was provided by the Customer within 10 days or less.

Our Modern Apprenticeship Programme cancellation policy is as follows:

WIRS / SVQ Programme Cancellation Terms

McCrae Training Ltd will charge the Customer a cancellation fee of £500 for each candidate per day cancelled, where notice was provided by the Customer within 10 days or less.

Our WIRS / SVQ Programme cancellation policy is as follows:

McCrae Training Ltd reserves the right without further liability to change dates, times and venues or cancel an event; in the case of cancellation all monies will be refunded. In the unfortunate event that a course is cancelled due to insufficient delegate numbers, McCrae Training Ltd can accept no liability for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance.

Cards / Certificates: Processing timescales vary per Awarding Organisation, candidate registration cards & certificates may take up to 45 – 55 days to arrive following date of training.
